We stand behind everything we make. We want you and your child to love your bag. If you don’t like your bag, simply return it to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund. If your bag is less than one year old and we can’t fix it, we'll replace it.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you receive your LEGO® Bag and decide to change your mind or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no worries. You may return the product for a refund or exchange if….
CGS is contacted within 10 days after you have received the product.
Bags are returned to CGS in new and unused condition.
Original packaging is intact.

What if I was shipped the wrong product?
If you were shipped the wrong product, we’ll take care of it. Contact us immediately and we’ll ship the bag you wanted at no additional cost. CGS will arrange for the return shipment of the incorrect item.
What if my product arrived damaged?
If you discover shipping damage and damage to the product, please contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Can I contact CGS if I purchased one of your products from another retailer?
Contact the retailer where you originally purchased your LEGO® Bag first. If they can’t help give us a call, we’re happy to help.
What is your warranty on your products?
All LEGO® Bags should be free from defects in materials and construction. All defective items must be returned for inspection and will be replaced at our discretion. Damages caused by normal wear (i.e., zipper wear) and the natural breakdown of materials, accidents, improper care or use do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
